Overview

A Canadian counterparty.

Cannera is the private investment and advisory office of its founder and sole beneficial owner, Norton Singhavon. Incorporated in British Columbia, with an operational footprint across Vancouver, Toronto, and Singapore.

Institutional DNA

Public-market standards, private execution.

Cannera operates across the trade corridors linking North America with the Gulf, Central Asia, and East Asia. Its operating discipline is drawn from public-market standards: the disclosure, documentation, and risk practices of issuers listed on the TSX and NASDAQ, and long experience in highly regulated industries.

That standard is set by the founder's executive and board experience at listed issuers, and carried through by directors with sector expertise in international trade, procurement, and commercial structuring.
